Import field copies

Staff and partner organisations. These photos are compared with the IReV sheet in the same way as a single upload. A photo far from the matched polling unit is flagged and scored lower. It is not rejected for distance. Set the distances. They are not official results and they are not added to the vote totals.

Polling unit coordinates

A spreadsheet with the polling unit code, latitude, and longitude. A point entered here is a staff location, not an OpenStreetMap match. A later photo far from it is flagged and scored lower. It is not rejected. Where a unit has no point and no ward outline, the location is not checked.

Many field copies

A spreadsheet of polling unit, photo file name, role, party or organisation, figures, time, and location, plus a zip of the photos. Each photo is labelled for comparison only.
